Your photos are our main concern at Kiekie Box Photography. Please read through the Kiekie Box terms and conditions to ensure that your photo shoot runs smoothly. Please note that terms & conditions must be understood and undersigned before any photographs will be taken.
Main Terms & Conditions
- Your 50% deposit is non refundable and the date of your photo shoot will only be confirmed after Kiekie Box photography has received this deposit.
- Your photographs and CD/DVD will be your property after you have paid all your fees.
- Kiekie Box operates in and around Mpumalanga and Gauteng and travel costs will be given to you in writing when the date of your wedding photography or photo shoot is confirmed.
- There are different photography packages to choose from that each include a specific number of hours that the photographer will be present at your event or photo shoot. Should you wish that the photographer stays longer; a set fee of R350 per hour will apply.
- The CD/DVD that you receive with all your wedding or shoot photographs is your property and they are for your personal use only (they may not be used for commercial or marketing purposes).
- With your consent, Kiekie Box photography will use pictures of your photo shoot or wedding for marketing, photographic competitions or exhibitions.
- Photographs taken can be used by Kiekie Box photography on our website for marketing.
Liability
- Kiekie Box photography will not be held responsible for any damages or loss occurred during photo shoots whether it is to the client self or to the clients property.
- Kiekie Box photography is not liable for any damage or loss suffered by customers as a result of fire, equipment malfunction, loss of negatives, memory card or digital complications by the development laboratory or unknown damage of film.
- Kiekie Box photography is not liable for any damage or loss suffered by theft of camera, computer equipment or backups that contains your photographs that can result in loss of all photography data.
- Any claims or negligence or breach of contract will be waived by the undersigned.
Copyright
- Kiekie Box photography holds the copyright of all photographs taken. All photographs taken will remain our property until all outstanding fees are paid.
- Photo reproduction may only be for private use and no commercial purposes.
- All photographs, graphics, logos, images, databases, button icons on the website, as well as the arrangement and assembly thereof, is the exclusive property of Kiekie Box photography.
- You may view, copy, download and print the aforementioned content on the website if it is used for non-commercial purposes.
- Any reproduction of the material on the Kiekie Box website must have the consent of Elani Coetzer.
Violation of Terms and Conditions
- Any violation of the Kiekie Box terms and conditions can result in legal action and Kiekie Box reserves the right to pursue any legal remedies against you.
- Kiekie Box photography reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions as it deems fit.
Payment Terms & Conditions
- 50% Deposit will be paid with acceptance of quotation
- The difference will be paid before or on the day of the photo shoot
- No photo shoot will proceed without full payment
- Any material generated by Kiekie Box photography will remain our property until all outstanding fees are paid.
- The client will be responsible for all costs of any legal action that may be taken upon you to receive payment (attorney and own client scale, plus interest).
